How we select talent
Candidates are asked to apply online at http://abbvie.jobs/ with a CV and cover letter. If selected, the first stage is a telephone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to do two or three further face-to-face interviews with the management team and Site Directors. Candidates will be required to do a psychometric test in the latter stages of the interview process.
