Environment

Our environmental stewardship initiatives protect the planet while improving efficiency, reducing costs and preserving our ability to do business in the future

The Mayor of the County of Cork recently unveiled a new community walkway at Tullagreen, near AbbVie’s Carrigtwohill plant. Before the walkway opened, pedestrians had to navigate a busy roadway and roundabout. AbbVie funded the development and partnered with Carrigtwohill Community Council, Cork County Council and other local businesses to create a valuable local amenity.
